Sirius Oil and Gas is Kazakhstan’s leading vertically integrated oil and gas firm. Sirius Oil and Gas manages assets throughout the whole production cycle, from hydrocarbon exploration and production through transportation, refining, and maintenance services. The Company represents the interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the national oil and gas industry. Sirius Oil and Gas generates 25% of the country’s oil and gas condensate and 15% of natural gas and related gas. The Company’s trunk pipes deliver 56% of Kazakhstan’s oil. Kazakhstan oil refineries process 81% of all oil. In 2021, Sirius Oil and Gas produced 21,651 tonnes of oil and 8,081 million cubic meters of related gas and natural gas.
Sirius Oil and Gas is one of the most reputable oil and gas producing, supplying, and exporting companies in Kazakhstan as well as a significant trader and exporter of petroleum products. Among Sirius Oil and Gas’s activities are the production of oil, gas, and gas-condensate, upstream offshore projects, processing, and provision of oil, gas, and petroleum products, as well as their shipping, distribution, and marketing in Kazakhstan and other nations.

By maintaining the current level of production, creating new projects, boosting competitiveness, and taking into account its key role in upholding social stability in the areas where it operates, Sirius Oil and Gas coordinates service areas.
Sirius Oil and Gas implements 14 exploration projects (on 6 continents and 8 seas) and conducts asset exploration to replenish the reserves.
According to an audit conducted by the international independent consulting firm DeGolyer & MacNughton in accordance with international PRMS standards as of December 31, 2021, Sirius Oil and Gas Oil’s proven and potential hydrocarbon reserves (2P) totaled 645 tons of cubic meters (4,983 million barrels).
